A comprehensive assessment of your space’s architectural elements, ensuring that every aspect of the design aligns with structural, functional, and aesthetic goals. This step ensures that we maximize the space’s potential while adhering to building codes and regulations.
✔ Interior & Exterior Finishes
Selection and coordination of all interior and exterior finishes, including paint, flooring, wall treatments, and exterior materials. These finishes add character, create harmony, and provide durability to enhance the beauty and longevity of your space.
✔ Furniture & Styling
Curated furniture and decor tailored to fit your style, comfort, and functionality needs. We blend aesthetic vision with practical elements, ensuring that each piece complements the space’s design while creating a cohesive and inviting atmosphere.
✔Procurement
Seamless sourcing and ordering of all selected materials, finishes, furniture, and decor. Our procurement service handles every step, from vendor coordination to quality assurance, to make sure all elements are delivered on time and to specification.

Pricing

For Residential spaces, our Interior Architecture Study and Procurement (does not include Project management) is charged at approximately 140 euros +VAT per square meter (for areas 50 sqm and above).

For Professional spaces, our Interior Architecture Study and Procurement (does not include Project management) the fee is approximately 190 euros+VAT per square meter (for areas 50 sqm and above).

Additionally, Project Management charged at 15-20% of the total project budget, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of your vision.
